By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing any subscription or using our platform.

2. Subscription & Payment

Mor offers subscription-based services that require pre-payment ("Subscription(s)"). Your selected subscription plan determines the billing cycle ("Billing Cycle"). The available plans and payment policies are outlined below.

2.1 Free Plan

We provide a Free Plan to allow users to explore our platform and evaluate our services before committing to a Paid Plan. Continued access to certain features or services may require upgrading to a Paid Plan.

2.2 Paid Plan & Auto-Renewal

Paid Plans include premium features and operate on an auto-renewal basis unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

By purchasing a Paid Plan, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor, Stripe) to automatically charge your payment method at the start of each Billing Cycle.

You will receive a notification before your subscription renewal. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

2.3 Payment Processing & Security

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party payment provider. By using our Service, you agree to comply with Stripe's Terms of Service and authorize Stripe to collect, process, and store your payment information.

We do not store or process your payment details directly.

2.4 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Once canceled, you will retain access to your Paid Plan until the current billing cycle ends, after which you will revert to the Free Plan (if available).

If you fail to cancel before the renewal date, charges for the next billing period will apply, and they will be non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds or credits will be provided for unused time, partial usage, or lack of usage of the Service.

Exceptions to this policy may be granted under specific circumstances, as determined at our sole discretion (e.g., duplicate billing issues, technical errors).

4. Use of Our Service

You agree to abide by these Terms, all applicable laws, and regulations while using our platform.

Any violation of our policies, abuse, fraudulent activities, or misconduct may result in immediate termination of your account and access to our services.
